Hi, I’m Tegan.

I’ve spent over a decade in the beauty industry, working across corporate beauty environments and running my own businesses. Somewhere along the way I realised that success in service-based work isn’t just about perfect technique (although that definitely helps)… it’s about confidence, connection, and building client relationships that actually last.

I created Formed Education to share the things that aren’t always taught in traditional training — the presence, communication, and mindset that help professionals grow sustainable careers without burning themselves out.

Through my course, I share practical insights, honest guidance, and the kind of support I wish more people had when they first started out.
